Score formula
Adjusted rating = (v/(v+m))×R + (m/(v+m))×C, where R is the Google rating, v is review count, m = 50, and C is the city mean (4.41). Final score = adjusted rating × log10(v + 10).
Eligibility
- At least 50 Google reviews
- Adjusted rating at least 4.5
- Active hours on file and not flagged as a suspected referral line
Tie-breakers
Ties break on verified data completeness, never on payment.
